• Is it safe to use Lucky PDF Converter? What happens to my file during conversion?
  Yes. When you select a file to convert, it is passed straight to our servers for conversion. When the conversion is complete, the converted file is passed straight from our servers back to you. Your original file and converted file are automatically deleted from our servers after 1 hour.
• How do I convert my files?
  
  1. On the Lucky PDF Converter toolbar, select Convert to DOC or Convert to PDF

     

  2. Select a file to convert
  • Use the Browse button to locate the file on your computer
  • Once you located your file, click on Open and then click on the green CONVERT button.

    

  3. Once the conversion is complete, Save the file. It will be saved to your browser Downloads (Ctrl + J to access Downloads).
• What happens if I accidentally close the dialog or browser window before my file conversion is complete?
  If you accidently close the dialog or browser window before the file conversion is complete, you will need to start the conversion procedure over.
